Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe’re looking for a talented, professional buyer’s agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience. $65,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results
  • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
  • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
  • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
  • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers

What You Will Do and Learn: 

  • Be an authority and expert in all things real estate-related in your areas, neighborhoods, counties, and state
  • Provide guidance, negotiation, and expertise for home buyers and sellers to help them market and/or purchase property for the right price under the best terms
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest deal
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values
  • Display and market real property to possible buyers
  • Best Follow up techniques to reach your leads and clients
  • Prepare necessary paperwork, contracts, leases, deeds, etc. 
  • Maintain and update Showcase Realty's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform regarding your listings
  • Winning Multiple Offer Packages
  • Time block and Goal Setting
  • Cooperate/Coordinate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, and home inspectors
  • Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors
  • Coordinate with our marketing department to promote your sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services (at no cost to you)
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Qualifications:
  • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred
  • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • An established track record of successful real estate sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
