Pirates & Pixies in Omaha, NE is looking for a Leader on Duty to join our expanding company. Our first location is on 2587 S 177th Plz.

What you will achieve in this role:

  • Meeting gross sales expectations through tracking daily KPI's
  • Working closely with the Store Director to implement directives for greater sales and operational efficiencies
  • Preventing operational bottlenecks
  • Blowing customers and sellers’ minds with your friendly, helpful demeanor

  • Coaching team members up or out and as the leader, taking responsibility for their actions.
  • Identifying rockstar team members to hire and recognizing those already on the team
  • Prioritizing customer engagement. Leading by example and coaching team members to the importance of being more than just a cashier.
  • Recognizing inefficiencies and improving them.
  • Full understanding of “Standard Operating Procedures” and asking for coaching if there is a lack of understanding.
  • Guiding and coaching their implementation and coaching to ensure the team is in compliance.
  • Attention to detail and organization.
  • You are a great communicator.
  • You are always learning and improving, and are aware that the business landscape is always changing. 

Who you will work with:

  • Our Store Director is your direct supervisor
  • As a Leader On Duty, you will be the direct supervisor of the staff in your store on the days you work.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $14.00 - $18.00/hour.
