Sales Assistant We are currently looking for an outgoing and dependable individual to assist our sales team in giving our customers great service
The Sales Assistant performs administrative tasks as needed to complete the sale of a vehicle including ensuring the vehicle is brought to the customer and is prepared properly to ensure the highest level of satisfaction.
Assisting the sales team member to see the sale through completion includes following through with the communication within and between the department, coordinating the process to ensure the seamless transition of the vehicle to our customer.
This position will be monitoring all paperwork is complete and accurate. Handling all paperwork for customers orders/services and payment as needed.
The ideal candidate has some experience in an administrative position and a clean driving record. They must have a pleasant and courteous personality, administrative and organizational skills, strong phone and computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities Coordinates questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel to assist the sales team Provides clerical support, such as filing, copying, data entry, and record keeping Assist the sales team members with administrative and logistics in finalizing the sales through delivery, including questions, payments, paperwork, etc. Assist the sales team members with administrative and logistics in finalizing the sales through delivery Moves and ensures vehicles are ready for completion of the sale Performs other duties as assigned
