We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Client Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for every pet and pet owner that walks through our doors.
Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:
- Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable in our clinic.
- Manage incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist clients with inquiries.
- Educate clients about our services, including preventive care, treatment options, and pet health products.
- Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Coordinate communication between clients and veterinary staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and client waiting areas.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing client records.
- Support veterinary staff with patient check-ins, discharge procedures, and handling medical records.
What do I need in order to be successful in this role?
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software for scheduling, billing, and record-keeping.
- Compassion for animals and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- The ability to lift up to 50+ lbs, don't worry - team work, makes the dream work
