Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMoveDocs is seeking a Medical Records Coordinator to join our growing Facilitation team. This role will report to the Director of Operations. The Medical Records Coordinator is a critical part of the Facilitation Team. This position is responsible for working closely with providers to obtain records/documents as treatment is complete, missing records/balances, and balance confirmation for law offices. The Medical Records Coordinator position will work with other members of the Facilitation and Intake Teams, and other projects as assigned. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who has strong verbal and written communication skills, is good at multitasking, quickly adapts to change, likes challenges, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. MoveDocs takes pride in providing excellent and expedient service to our clients and the qualified candidate must be self-motivated, able to work autonomously and enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.  

This position will work a full-time schedule in person at our Las Vegas, Nevada office.  
 Responsibilities:                  
  • Maintains confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations 
  • Communicate with providers on needed medical documentation to support treatment profile
  • Provides attorneys with consistent and prompt communication of requested details
  • Supports facilitation team as needed with incoming requests through email and portal 
  • Performs other related duties as assigned 
  • Interacts with other departments to ensure processes are being followed 
  • Works within our proprietary system, Power BI and the MoveDocs portal   
Requirements: 
  • High school diploma or GED required 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines 
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to focus on multiple tasks  
  • Proficient in Windows system and Microsoft Office; proficiency with Microsoft Excel 
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills 
  • Ability to type 45 wpm 
  • Strong customer service skills
