Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate and complete medical records, including patient demographics, medical history, and treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as HIPAA and state-specific laws.
- Provide exceptional support to our attorneys and staff, including responding to requests for medical records and providing information on patient status.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in medical records or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Experience in personal injury law is a plus.
