The ideal candidate for Inside Sales Representative will be a customer focused individual whose primary goal is to meet the needs of Lensing clientele. This role will have the responsibility of acting as a liaison, providing product and service information, and resolving emerging issues with customer accounts. Customer service and support will be the priority in this position, so you will need to be able to act with patience and empathy while also maintaining an urgency with customer concerns and orders. This role is crucial to Lensing's internal process for ordering products and services for Lensing customers through a team effort.


Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Sale products and services to customers
  • Communicate with customers and Lensing internal sales team
  • Learn and become proficient with Lensing's ERP system
  • Create and Maintain customer accounts
  • Place and manage orders for customers by documenting all pertinent information within ERP system
  • Manage high level of call volume
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Handle customer issues by finding a resolution and/or alternative within customers' time constraints
  • Follow up with customers to ensure order satisfaction or resolution as necessary

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent communication skills, listening skills, as well as verbal and written skills are crucial in this role
  • Customer Service Experience in a sales role preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite products
  • Team collaboration experience
  • Ability to calculate percentages, sales prices, and discounts quickly and accurately
