ASM Global is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Ticket Sales Representative to join our team at Old National Events Plaza. As a key member of our ticket sales team, you will be responsible for assisting with daily ticket office duties, selling tickets to events and shows, and providing exceptional customer service to our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately dispense tickets as requested by patrons using the Ticketmaster system.
  • Communicate efficiently with patrons regarding ticket sales via email and phone.
  • Maintain accurate count when selling hard tickets or accessing computer for count of computer printed tickets.
  • Complete daily ticket sales report and balance sales and change bank.
  • Fills reservations for seats by telephone or mail, handles Will-Call window according to procedures, or other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and respond promptly to customer needs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is necessary.
  • Ability to count money, make change accurately, and multitask.
  • Ability to listen and follow instructions, input data into a computer to record sales transactions, and communicate effectively with patrons.
  • Good problem-solving skills, organizational ability, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of the team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Ticketmaster desired, but not necessary.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Typing skills - preferred 40 wpm or greater.
