Position Summary 

As the Chief Solutions Officer (CSO), you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing the compliance program at PolicyBind. This includes establishing controls, mitigating risks, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. You will also play a crucial role in the marketing and communication material review process for all lines of insurance, coordinating external reviews, and providing regulatory guidance.

Roadmap

  • Compliance Program Implementation: - Establish a robust marketing and communication material review process for all lines of insurance. - Coordinate external reviews by partners to support timely campaign launches. - Evaluate feedback provided during the review process and challenge non-regulatory supported feedback. 
  • Regulatory Guidance: - Stay updated on new and existing regulations and provide regulatory guidance. - Collaborate with employees, contractors, and consultants on company initiatives, offering regulatory and strategic guidance. - Develop and deliver training on regulatory-related topics. 
  • Ongoing Risk Identification and Mitigation: - Identify potential risks in collaboration with all company stakeholders. - Develop and deploy mitigation strategies to reduce or eliminate identified risks. 
  • Establish and Maintain Controls: - Collaborate with function owners to develop company policies and standard operating procedures. - Regularly evaluate and update policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. 
  • Issue Resolution: - Respond to issues or complaints from partners regarding marketing assets. - Work with company stakeholders to strategize and implement solutions during the implementation of company initiatives. - Leverage established relationships to facilitate introductions to key contacts with insurance carriers and participate as an industry expert in the company's pitch for marketing services.
