We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Success team. In this role as a Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with a VP Customer Success (across multiple established key accounts) to accomplish account plans and contribute to the overall success of client growth through the introduction of Behaviorally’s cutting edge product stack.

Job Summary

As the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our global office operations. Your responsibilities include logistics management, overseeing office maintenance and repair, vendor coordination, and equipment upkeep. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to implement technological solutions to improve office management efficiency.


What You Wil Do as a Key Member of our Team:

Key Responsibilities

Global Office Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of office spaces on a global scale.
  • Oversee facility maintenance and repairs, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and oversee office supplies and equipment.
  • Identify and implement technological solutions for office management improvements.

Vendor Management and Negotiation:

  • Manage relationships with vendors providing goods and services to the office.
  • Source new vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Resolve vendor issues and maintain vendor records.

Shipping & Receiving:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing shipments of goods and materials.
  • Coordinate with carriers, track shipments, and ensure proper documentation.

Technical Support:

  • Provide general technical support for office operations.
  • Ensure proper functionality of office equipment and troubleshoot as needed.
  • Being tech-savvy is a plus; training in operating-specific systems will be provided.

Shopping & Retail Data Collection:

  • Take photographs in grocery stores and collect product data (price & description).
  • Shop for specific consumer goods products as required.

Shelf Setup:

  • Organize and set up product displays or shelves in retail environments.

Global Experience:

  • Experience in managing office operations in a global context is a plus.
