Alleviant Integrated Mental Health is seeking a full-time Director of Operations

About Us:

Alleviant is the largest full-service, multi-site outpatient psychiatry practice in Arkansas, and we are excited to announce our expansion into Kansas, Nebraska, and Iowa. With more than 70,000 patient visits annually, we have become the primary referral source for many major health care systems.

Our integrated psychiatric care includes seeing all new patients within five days of initial contact and providing longer appointment times to allow our providers to collaborate effectively with referral sources and thoroughly diagnose and create a plan of care.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced mental health care director of operations to join our growing team. This key position will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring all support staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health care and operational management to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of Alleviant Integrated Mental Health’s locations and services.

• Recruit, interview, and hire all support staff, ensuring that we attract top talent in the field.

• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality care and operational efficiency.

• Implement (Maybe us recommend) policies and procedures to enhance patient care and operational workflow.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and maintain accreditation standards.

• Manage budgets, financial reports, and other administrative duties.

• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and high staff morale.

• Serve as a liaison between staff, patients, and external partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP), or Clinical Psychologist.

• Extensive experience in mental health care management or a related field.

• Proven track record of successfully recruiting and managing health care staff.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to multitask and oversee a fast-paced work environment.

• Commitment to providing exceptional mental health care.
