Job Summary:
The Sales Manager at Envision Toyota of Milpitas is a key management role responsible for overseeing and driving the sales operations at our dealership in Milpitas, California. The Sales Manager will lead a team of sales professionals, setting goals, and developing strategies to achieve and exceed targets while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in automotive sales and a proven track record of success in a management role. This is a full-time, salaried position in the auto industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the sales department, including budgeting, forecasting, and setting sales goals.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Ensure all sales processes and procedures are followed in compliance with dealership policies and regulations.
- Train and develop sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training new sales team members.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services to effectively sell to customers.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales.
- Previous experience in a management or leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of automotive sales processes and finance and insurance (F&I) procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
