GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Brite Semiconductor is a leading custom ASIC and IP provider that is committed to provide flexible one-stop services from architectural design to chip delivery with high value and differentiated solutions. Brite is a pre-IPO company with great success in the US with multiple high-volume production projects. Our technologies span from 28nm to 0.18um. Today, we are building teams that are expanding our technology solutions in the Solar Energy, EV, Industrial Internet, consumer electronics, cloud and edge computing marketplaces.
We are seeking for a Sales Manager with semiconductor background to develop territories and grow revenue within North America.
Sales Manager
The successful candidate will be able to bring in new businesses, penetrate new accounts with support from corporate technical solutions & engineering as well as sales/marketing resources. The candidate will have a "relentless prospecting" mentality, while at the same time exhibiting strategic sales acumen and build strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new ASIC and IP opportunities through direct prospecting
Penetrate Systems OEMs & Fabless Semiconductor Companies
Understand customers requirements and develop ASIC solutions utilizing Technical Solutions Manager resources effectively meeting customers technical and business objectives.
Build strong customer relationships at all levels ensuring long term satisfaction and revenue growth
Accurately report sales activities and revenue forecasts back to management
Sales Manager Qualifications/Skills:

Strong communication skills and efficient work habits are a must.
Education and Experience:
BS University degree with a concentration in Sales & Business Development, BSEE preferred
Two to five years of industry sales experience
Familiarity with office software and phone systems
Minimum Qualifications and Skills required:
2 5 years of ASIC, IP or semiconductor design services industry sales experience is required.
Proven track record of success in demand generation, account planning, forecasting, quota attainment, communicating business transformational solutions via sales presentations, short-term, mid-term, and long-term opportunity management.
Demonstrate the necessary skills to negotiate issues with peers, partners and customers using a Win/Win philosophy.
Must have the ability to establish excellent rapport with customer engineers, senior management as well as purchasing managers.
Outgoing and aggressive personality, ambitious, self-motivated, and success driven
Strong communication skills and efficient work habits are a must.
