JOB PURPOSE

The Sr. Director, Global Marketing reports to the SVP of Marketing and is responsible for directing marketing strategy, branding, trademarking, creative standards, and market opportunity analysis for corporate and global marketing efforts. This role focuses on ensuring a professional corporate image, promoting growth, and enhancing profitability through effective marketing communication across various platforms.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and event channels.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Development, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business priorities.

  • Drive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online advertising, to maximize reach and engagement.

  • Evaluate and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain the company's competitive edge in the marketplace.

  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, agencies, and industry influencers.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Recommended:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.

  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility.

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, as well as CRM and marketing automation systems.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Preferred:

  • A master’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.

  • Work with independent salesforce, franchises, or influencers.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as a laptop, desktop, smartphone, photocopiers, shredders, and filing cabinets. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
