What will I do?
  • Take phone call, texts, and emails from clients and team members of issues clients are facing.
  • Monitor systems and identify issues.
  • Check new systems on the monitoring and make sure they are working properly.
  • Troubleshoot issues with the homeowner over the phone and/or with a Seal representative.
  • Troubleshoot issues with manufacture over the phone or on chat support.
  • Reach out to the manufacture when there is a faulty part that is still under warranty.
  • Make sure faulty parts under warranty get sent back to the manufacture.
  • Keep track of manufacture replacement and inform customers when their replacement part will be available.
  • Ship warrantied components back once replaced if required.
  • Identify billing issues and reach out to the utilities when clients are having billing issues.
  • Quote clients and service partners for service projects.

Position requirements:
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • A bachelor's degree in renewable energy, engineering, construction management, or urban planning is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license and an insurable driving record are
