Position Summary:

As a key player in our sales team, you will engage with potential customers to promote solar energy solutions. The solar industry is poised for significant expansion, making this an exciting time to contribute to our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries and leads generated through marketing initiatives or referrals in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients who have not yet shown interest, employing a persuasive and informative approach.
  • Conduct in-depth discussions to identify customer challenges, goals, and pain points.
  • Listen attentively and ask pertinent questions to gather detailed information.
  • Present tailored solutions that meet the identified needs and objectives of prospects.
  • Address objections and negotiate terms to facilitate successful sales closures.
  • Focus on achieving and surpassing assigned sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, documenting all interactions with prospects.
  • Continuously seek new leads and opportunities within the designated territory to ensure a robust sales pipeline.
  • Customize product demonstrations to showcase features that resonate with the prospect's requirements.
  • Effectively address questions and concerns during and after demonstrations to maintain engagement and progress the sales process.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong presence in both phone and in-home interactions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and video conferencing tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective listening skills coupled with strong presentation abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Preferred:

  • Experience in solar sales is advantageous, but candidates from diverse industries are encouraged to apply.
