Position Overview
The Oaks at Denville, a community under Springpoint Senior Living, is currently seeking full-time Registered Nurses (RNs). Our RNs play a crucial role in delivering top-notch nursing care and overseeing the daily nursing functions performed by LPNs, CNAs, and CHHAs. This oversight must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
As an RN, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments for all residents upon their admission.
- Create individualized written care plans for each resident at the time of admission.
- Continuously monitor and assess the physical and emotional well-being of residents for any changes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist during physician rounds and communicate any changes or concerns regarding residents' conditions.
- Perform regular nursing rounds on the unit and report any issues to the Unit Coordinator.
- Respond promptly to emergency calls throughout the community.
- Support assessments of residents and the coordination of their care plans.
