Position Overview: The Oaks at Denville, a community under Springpoint Senior Living, is currently seeking full-time Registered Nurses (RNs) to enhance our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct nursing assessments for all residents upon their admission.
- Formulate a detailed care plan for each resident upon their entry.
- Continuously observe and assess the physical and emotional well-being of residents for any changes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist during physician rounds and communicate any changes or concerns regarding residents' conditions.
- Perform nursing rounds within the unit and report any issues to the Unit Coordinator.
- Respond to emergency calls throughout the facility.
- Support the assessment of residents and the coordination of their care plans.
