Title: Inside Sales Executive

Summary: The ideal candidate for this position will possess IT/POS knowledge and/or experience and have a proven track record in cold calling and business development. Primary objectives for this position will be to sell add-on equipment, upgrades, Essentials Refreshes, added value software, merchant services, hardware maintenance and helpdesk contracts to our existing client base. The second objective will be to increase CSAT within our existing subscription customer base.

Duties to include but not limited to:

  • Processing inbound calls to sell support/hardware maintenance contracts and add-on equipment sales.
  • Making outbound calls to existing client base to generate new recurring services business and add-on solutions.
  • Making outbound lead generation calls to find new business opportunities.
  • Potentially canvassing or using other marketing methods to generate leads & sales
  • Develop new campaigns and initiatives to drive new business
  • Serve as liaison between customers and appropriate company departments to resolve customer questions and problems.
  • Involve Outside Sales where necessary for split deals
  • Perform 10, 20, 30 months check-ins on Essentials accounts assigned by management
  • Appropriate data entry into Salesforce for all items and tasks defined by management
  • Potential for Outside Sales activity/in person meetings if needed or management deems this necessary and appropriate

Requirements

  • 1 year inside or outside sales experience (no industry experience necessary, will train).
  • Self-motivated and able to achieve sales goals.
  • Results driven, well organized with strong follow-up skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
  • Ethical and honest.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Computer literacy required (experience with Salesforce is helpful).
