Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur client, a growing organization in the biopharma space, is looking to add a Contract HR Coordinator to their team through the end of 2024. Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams across several time zones.
  • Manage candidate communications and ensure a smooth interview process.
  • Assist with resume screening, job description writing, and posting job openings.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to source and engage candidates.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
  • Assist with offboarding processes for departing employees.
  • Support HR initiatives and culture programs.
Qualifications:
  • Able to navigate work independently.
  • Experience in HR/TA, sourcing, and screening preferred.
  • Familiarity with life sciences is a plus but not required.
  • Degree preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter is highly desirable.
  • Extremely organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a virtual environment.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to collaborate with team members remotely.
