As we continue to expand our global presence, we are seeking a talented and motivated Partnerships Manager to develop and nurture relationships with Academic/Research Universities, Commercial (B2B) partnerships, and global resellers in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) and APAC (Asia-Pacific) regions.

Location: On-site at our HQ-Ann Arbor office (Southeast Michigan) is highly preferred. Exceptionally qualified candidates who work remotely from California, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Illinois will also be considered.  Reasonable proximity to international airport required. 
Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience + Annual Bonus Plan
Essential DutiesAs the Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of New Eagle's influence and sales through the development and management of strategic partners, including Commercial (reseller relationships in the EMEA and APAC regions), Academic (partnerships with Research Universities), and Technology (strategic partners). You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with sales strategies, provide support to partners, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the embedded software industry, ECUs and their applications, and experience in channel management.

Develop and Manage Reseller Relationships:
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new resellers in the EMEA and APAC regions to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders within reseller organizations, including executives, sales teams, and technical contacts.
  • Provide ongoing support, training, and resources to resellers to enable them to effectively promote and sell New Eagle’s products and services.
Sales Enablement & Support
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on channel strategy and provide support to drive sales through reseller partners.
  • Develop and deliver sales enablement materials, training programs, and resources to equip resellers with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively sell New Eagle's products and services.
Develop and Manage Academic Relationships:
  • Identify and propose research or technology-related licensing partnerships with key Universities and research partners.
 Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors in Engineering, Business, Marketing or Similar
  • 5+ years of experience
  • CRM Experience (Hubspot or Similar) required
  • Understanding of the EMEA and APAC markets, including cultural nuances, business practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth through channel partnerships.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness & ability to travel within the EMEA and APAC regions as needed.
  • 30% travel required
