Qualifications:
3+ years of Finance Management in the automotive industry.
Dealership management experience preferred, but not required.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work directly with clients to CLOSE sales. Collaborate with sales associates, other managers, and third-party providers.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets.
Valid driver's licenses with a clean driving record required.
