The ideal canditate with good client communication skills (verbal and written); the ability to be a team player is critical to the success of this position, H1 Visa is not acceptable. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Accurately prepare and expedite submittals, Process shop drawings and maintain up-dated logs, Prepare, & follow up on client RFI's,Moniter and up-date project schedules with Project Managers and Superintendents, Participate in project meetings ( may be required to take minutes ), Assist in maintenance of project files, Support the quality control and punch list process, Assist in coding of time cards, invoices and receipts, Review and approve subcontrator payment applications, assist in marketing efforts, assist with subcontractor database, Assist in assembling bid documents, Participate in project "Walk- through" as required, assist with the development and tracking of RFP's for subcontractor pricing, assist in preperation of "Hard Bids". MINIMUM 3 years in a construction related role.
