Job Title: Project Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Vancouver, Washington. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering state and local agency transportation projects and/or land development projects from pre-application to final engineering.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform civil engineering design tasks to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop construction cost estimates and specification packages for various project types.
  • Work collaboratively with designers and technical staff to develop construction documents and prepare technical reports.
  • Coordinate with subconsultants and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
  • PE in both Oregon and Washington or ability to obtain both within 6 months of hire.
  • 5-10 years of increasingly responsible design experience.
  • Proficient with AutoCAD Civil3D and/or MicroStation Inroads.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with local and national codes and standards.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $95,000 - $125,000 annually.
  • Full-time employment with comprehensive benefits package.

  • Sign-on bonus: $10,000 - $15,000.
