When a loved one comes to our skilled nursing facility, they will be well cared for, will feel heard, and will know that they matter. What you will do:
- Plan and deliver nursing care to residents in accordance with current company, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations
- Ensure assigned residents receive their medication and treatments as ordered in the respective care plans
- Act as a leader to support a team of CNA's
- Completion of all assigned assessments as ordered by RCM and DON
Must have:
- Current and unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in the state (NEW GRADS WELCOME)
- Responsible for Med carts
- Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
- Ability to speak, understand, read, and write in English proficiently

Compensation for roles at Fir Lane Health & Rehabilitation Center varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Fir Lane Health & Rehabilitation Center provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Fir Lane Health & Rehabilitation Center expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Idaho, as stated below:
