Position Overview
The Inside Sales Representative supports their respective division with internal sales and quoting support.
Essential Job Functions
- Sales Lead Management including sales coordination and tracking
- Support Team Leads and technicians with internal sales and quoting within Service Titan to be e-mailed to the customer
- Follow-up with customers to verify receipt of quote and answer any questions in an effort to close the sale
- Once client approves quote, work with Coordination to get the job setup and scheduled. Assist coordinators with ordering materials for large complicated jobs.
- Track parts, availability, pricing and delivery
- Coordinate warranty process including collaborating with technicians, leads and vendors. Follow-up and complete manufacturer warranty process and inform VHA system engineer of all warranty issues.
- Track and report KPI's
- Increase closure rate by 10%
- Increase YOY sales by 50%
- Target and/or rehash a minimum of 50 accounts per week
- Analyze and report on sales, close rate, average ticket, sold jobs
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in a sales role
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple task, sometimes for multiple projects, at once
- Problem soliving abilities to correct any challenges or ineffeciencies for the best results
- Prior sales experience a plus but not required
- Prior experience in the construction industry a plus but not required
Working Conditions
Environment
- Office environment with occasional interruptions
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
- Evening and/or early morning, and/or weekend hours periodically
