The Senior Service Supervisor is responsible for carrying out all sales related activities varying upon specific assignment or call type. Engages with the homeowners in concert with the field technicians to assess their HVAC needs, provide expert advice, and guide the homeowners in determining which repair/replacement option best suits their needs. The Senior Service Supervisor will also directly engage homeowners who request replacement quotes, and guide them in selecting appropriate heating, cooling, and air quality systems. Guidance and Decision Support:

  • Guide homeowners through the decision-making process, helping them choose the best HVAC systems and solutions.
