Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of CSR strategies and programs that align with the company's mission and values.
- Conduct research and analysis on social, environmental, and community issues to identify opportunities for CSR initiatives and partnerships.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR programs and initiatives, preparing reports and presentations on performance and outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement CSR projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
- Manage CSR-related documentation, including reports, communications, and program metrics.
- Support the development of CSR policies, guidelines, and best practices to enhance the company's social and environmental impact.
- Engage with stakeholders, including employees, community groups, and non-profit organizations, to promote CSR initiatives and gather feedback.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging issues in CSR to provide relevant and up-to-date recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a CSR Analyst or in a similar role with a focus on corporate social responsibility, sustainability, or community engagement.
- Strong understanding of CSR principles, sustainability reporting standards, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, research, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
