Position Overview: The Director of Corporate Social Responsibility will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing CSR strategies that align with our company's values and business goals. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong track record in driving social and environmental initiatives, fostering partnerships, and enhancing our corporate reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive CSR strategy that supports our company's mission and business objectives. Ensure alignment with corporate values and stakeholder expectations.

  • Program Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of CSR programs and initiatives, including environmental sustainability, community engagement, philanthropy, and employee volunteerism.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, community organizations, governmental bodies, and industry groups.

  • Reporting and Communication: Develop and manage the CSR reporting framework, including the preparation of annual CSR reports and communication materials. Ensure transparency and effective communication of CSR activities and impact.

  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure all CSR activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Stay informed about CSR trends and best practices to continuously enhance our programs.

  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the CSR budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and alignment with strategic priorities.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of CSR professionals. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.

  • Skills: Proven ability to develop and implement effective CSR strategies and programs. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent project management and organizational abilities.

  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of CSR trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements. Experience with sustainability reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB) is a plus.

  • Personal Attributes: Strategic thinker with a passion for social and environmental impact. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
