Job Description:

As the Senior Director of Wealth Management at Augmentjobs, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the company's wealth management services. This role involves leading a team of wealth management professionals, developing and executing strategic plans, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial services to clients. You will work closely with senior executives to drive business growth and enhance client satisfaction through innovative and tailored wealth management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management:

    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of wealth management advisors and support staff.

    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

    • Set and monitor team goals and performance metrics to ensure alignment with company objectives.

  • Strategic Planning and Execution:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive wealth management strategies to meet client needs and achieve business objectives.

    • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and market trends.

    • Collaborate with senior executives to align wealth management strategies with overall company goals.

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and key stakeholders.

    • Provide personalized financial advice and solutions tailored to client goals and risk tolerance.

    • Ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction through regular communication and performance reviews.

  • Financial Planning and Advisory:

    • Oversee the development and execution of customized financial plans and investment strategies.

    • Monitor client portfolios and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.

    • Stay abreast of market developments, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.

  • Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to wealth management.

    • Implement risk management practices to protect client assets and minimize potential liabilities.

    • Conduct regular audits and reviews of wealth management practices and procedures.

  • Business Development:

    • Drive growth initiatives to expand the company's wealth management client base.

    • Represent Augmentjobs at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

    • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute client acquisition strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CFP) is preferred.

  • Experience:

    • 8 to 12 years of experience in wealth management, with a proven track record of leading teams and managing high-net-worth client relationships.

    • Extensive experience in financial planning, investment management, and client advisory services.

  • Leadership Skills:

    • Strong leadership and team management abilities with a focus on developing and motivating staff.

    • Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making skills.

  • Client Relationship Skills:

    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

    • Proven ability to deliver personalized financial solutions and exceed client expectations.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in financial planning software, portfolio management tools, and CRM systems.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Regulatory Knowledge:

    • In-depth understanding of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management practices.

  • Business Development:

    • Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and develop new client relationships.

    • Experience in representing a company in high-profile industry settings.
