What To Expect In This Position….

We are seeking a Project Manager to play a crucial role in our ecosystem, managing a variety of projects across our portfolio and investments, working collaboratively with teams to meet timelines and objectives. This role is a full-time, in-person position in Columbia, MO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with leadership as well as other stakeholders to ensure key initiatives and projects are on track
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including investors, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, and resources
  • Accurately predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effective and efficiently
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Ensure documentation repository is up to date for all project documentation, business/technology documents related to the initiatives/projects/programs
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
  • Confidently lead and facilitate all status meetings - coordinate, book, prepare, monitor attendance, distribute materials, draft meeting minutes and update program documentation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, CPMP is a plus.
  • Proven experience in project management or similar role, preferably within the financial services or private equity sectors.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams)
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate project teams, manage stakeholders, and drive projects to successful completion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey project objectives, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders, including senior management and investors.
  • Highly preferred that candidate already be located in the Columbia, MO area.
