Pay Range: $50 - $52/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:


  • Lead several projects (one to five) in a strong matrix environment executing Software Development Lifecycle methodologies.
  • Developing and monitoring project plans, communication plans, risk management plans, and project artifacts from project initiation to post implementation/closure.
  • Ensures project deliverables are complete on time, on budget, within scope, and in accordance with Client’s standards:
  • Monitors resource requirements and assigned deliverables based on project specifications. Ensures resources are assigned to meet project objectives while managing project hours budgeted.
  • Identifies and manages tasks and issues that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort to ensure delivery as planned.
  • Provides both written and verbal project status updates upon request.
  • Responsible daily for the development, execution, and maintenance of project plans and project communications:
  • facilitating effective communications between all parties involved in the project, including meetings, correspondence/recaps, status reports and other project artifacts per client’s standards.
  • Windows applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint Online, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Teams, etc.)
  • MindView, Jira, Azure Boards, MS Project.
