About the Opportunity:
It is an exciting time at Generation Development as we expand on our success over the past 15 years into our 11th and 12th innovative projects in Denver.
The Operations Manager role is a key position for our company's success and will report to the President. The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a company to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with organizational goals. This person will bring their experience to help us maintain efficient operations and plan for the future.
We are looking for an individual who has experience in real estate, construction, or other industry with multi-company structures. The Operations Manager position offers a 4-day work schedule and the opportunity to work with an experienced team.
Compensation:$30 - $50 hourly
Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Collaborating with executive management to develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
- Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for streamlining and improving operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Team Leadership: Managing and leading operational teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure optimal performance.
- Resource Management: Efficiently allocating resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to meet operational objectives.
- Performance Metrics: Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the performance of operations and implementing measures for improvement.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring that products or services meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating operational risks to minimize disruptions and ensure business continuity.
- Communication: Facilitating communication between different departments and levels of the organization to ensure a smooth flow of information.
- Vendor and Supplier Management: Overseeing relationships with external vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
