As a Production Office Associate, you help make the 4imprint brand come alive by assisting in day–to-day production needs in order to meet or exceed our customers’ expectations.

Here’s what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job). Other duties may be assigned.

  • Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
  • Process work orders and proof for errors.
  • Assist in the management of problematic orders and related communication to other departments.
  • Enter and maintain data in various spreadsheets.
  • Follow up on problematic orders daily.
  • Process thread changes.
  • Create packets of work orders for production.
  • Update notes in the Production Scheduler.
  • Coordinate the process for pre-production proofs.
  • Work with Supplier Operations to track missing product.
  • Coordinate the backorder and replacement process.
  • Process and maintain daily reports.
  • Enter tasks requests in Outlook.
  • Participate in training classes and actively seek. professional development.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required education/skills/experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous data entry experience a plus.
  • Minimum typing speed 35 WPM.
  • Proficiency in data entry, MS Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
