As a Product Sustainability Coordinator, you will assist in projects related to product and material sustainability features, certifications, and marketing claims. This role will work closely with 4imprint suppliers, merchandising, and compliance teams to support 4imprint's sustainability initiatives and ensure the accuracy of product claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exemplify the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate daily: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, and Humility.
  • Gain knowledge and understanding of sustainability standards and programs relevant to 4imprint products.
  • Maintain a sustainability database, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation to ensure information is current and accurate.
  • Review, comprehend, and organize sustainability documentation to support claims made on 4imprint's website.
  • Engage with suppliers to collect and assess sustainability information pertinent to projects or initiatives.
  • Collaborate with merchandising to gather product information that supports marketing claims and relevant projects or initiatives.
  • Participate in training sessions, attend conferences, and actively pursue professional development.

  • Friendly, tactful, and professional in communications, capable of skillfully managing challenging conversations and situations with diverse cultures.

Required Education/Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in sustainability, merchandising, or sourcing.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, in business or a related field.
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
