As a Large Law Account Executive, you will sell our solutions and drive new revenue into your assigned territory of large law firms (100+ attorneys). You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting and identifying new opportunities, managing a consultative sales process, and working with other members of the Opus 2 team to develop lasting relationships with each prospect & customer in your territory. Opus 2 is focused on strong customer relationships and adding value through our great customer service and best-in-class technology solutions.

What you'll be doing
  • Be responsible for achieving defined sales targets and quota on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis in assigned territory.
  • Actively listen, explore needs within each firm, and uncover customer objectives.
  • Learn the Opus 2 value proposition & the needs it addresses and be able to communicate our solutions effectively to prospective customers.
  • Actively prospect within your region, uncovering new opportunities in large law firms.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop detailed account plans to expand relationships and grow our partnership within each firm.
  • Create and maintain an accurate sales pipeline in the Opus 2 CRM (activity, opportunity status, projected closing dates, and projected forecast amounts, among others).
  • Communicate requested product and opportunity feedback shared by prospective and existing clients for utilization in product development process, marketing plans, and sales strategy.
  • Participate in marketing events, trade shows, client meetings, and company events as necessary.

Requirements

What we're looking for in you

  • You have successfully sold technology solutions into large law firms; experience within the litigation space of LegalTech preferred.
  • You are an ambitious self-starter with fantastic follow-through and ability to develop strong long-term client relationships.
  • You are keen on organization, collaboration, getting things done, and routinely meet metric-based goals.
  • You are able to travel as needed to spend valuable in-person time with law firm leaders.
  • You have a proven track record of sales success, forecasting accuracy, and consistently achieving performance at 100%+.
  • You have strong knowledge of sales process, methods, and techniques for successfully managing a complex consultative sales cycle that includes a variety of influencers/decision-makers within a law firm.
  • You have exemplary written & verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop and deliver persuasive & compelling presentations in a variety of settings (virtual and in-person, 1:1 and small groups, formal presentations and informal conversations, etc.).
  • You are highly proficient in MS Office suite and Salesforce CRM.
