Your primary role will involve educating homeowners about the array of solar and battery options available and showcasing how they can enhance their homes. By engaging with qualified homeowners at their residences, you'll raise awareness about the issue and present our solution, ultimately scheduling appointments for our Expert Consultants to guide them through the transition to clean energy.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
We're seeking individuals who:
- Canvass residential neighborhoods and set qualified sales consultations for potential customers.
- Provide exceptional follow-up communication to nurture marketing pipelines.
- Actively participate in team training sessions and meetings.
- Develop a customer service and follow-up process that exceeds client expectations.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance objectives.
Role Requirements:
- While sales experience is preferred, it's not mandatory.
- Must have flexible availability for full-time hours (up to 40 hours per week).
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in multiple languages is advantageous).
- Completion of relevant sales training programs is required.
- Must consistently perform in a dynamic, target-oriented environment.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.
