Elle Seller we are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about customer service and has strong data entry skills to join our team as a Data Entry Customer Service representative. As a Data Entry Customer Service representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and accurately entering customer information into our database.


Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Accurately and efficiently entering customer data into our system.
  • Conducting research and collecting additional information as needed.
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while entering data.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Following established procedures and guidelines to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong data entry skills with a high typing speed.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.

Salary

$800 - $1250 / week
