We are seeking an E-support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an E-support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and assistance to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries via email or online chat, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide solutions. You will also be responsible for documenting customer interactions and escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams.


Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via email or online chat.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to customers.
  • Document customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and solutions offered.
  • Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams for further assistance.
  • Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer support role preferred.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
