YOUR NEW ROLE

This full- or part-time position works between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

As an entry-level Customer Service Rep, you're driven to keep our clients happy and motivated to help increase sales for our company With a positive and outgoing attitude, you speak with clients about their needs, answer their questions, and educate them about our services. You encourage customers to book appointments with us and demonstrate the value of buying a maintenance plan. Your customer-oriented mindset and sales know-how make you a vital member of our success


REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency with ServiceTitan
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong sales abilities
