Job DescriptionJob Description
Shifts:Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. with lunch for 1 hr.Compensation:$20 hr - $22 hr DOE
Job Duties:• Making upwards to 50 outbound cold calls daily to grow current business and prospecting for new business.• Taking inbound calls from current customers; checking order status, providing quotes on PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) supplies i.e. gloves, hard hats, vests.• Answering daily emails• Entering orders• Tracking ordersQualifications (education, experience, personal attributes):• Degree not required as this is more personality & proven track record• Previous B2B phone sales experience preferred but not required• Ability to develop and nurture long lasting relationships• Must be Self-motivated and driven• Have strong work ethic and a high level of initiative• Travel occasionally to territory• Team player• Competitive, flexible and resilient by nature• Strong organizational and time management skills• Someone who is highly motivated & who is money driven (not just comfortable with commission base)
