A Day in the Life of a Landscape Crew Leader

As a Landscape Crew Leader / Landscape Foreman, you are a hands-on leader of 1-4 crew members. Together you perform quality landscaping services for our customers in a safe and efficient manner. This includes installation of outdoor patios and retaining walls, pruning of shrubs and trees, soil preparation for flower and plant installation, watering plants, and installation of flowers, trees, and shrubs. You ensure that your landscaping team completes each job on time and on budget without sacrificing quality. As a get-it-done person, you enjoy the variety of tasks and locations that are involved in your job. You love being outside and can't imagine sitting at a desk all day.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 18 years old or older
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to use a hand saw and hand pruner
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, walk for long periods of time, stand, bend, and squat for up to 10 hours or more per day
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required

Juntos realizan servicios de jardinera de calidad para nuestros clientes de manera segura y eficiente. Esto incluye la instalación de patios al aire libre y muros de contención, poda de arbustos y árboles, preparación del suelo para la instalación de flores y plantas, riego de plantas e instalación de flores, árboles y arbustos. Usted se asegura de que su equipo de paisajismo complete cada trabajo a tiempo y dentro del presupuesto sin sacrificar la calidad. Como persona que lo hace, disfruta de la variedad de tareas y ubicaciones involucradas en su trabajo. Te encanta estar afuera y no te puedes imaginar sentado en un escritorio todo el dia.

REQUISITOS

  • 18 años de edad o más
  • Licencia de conducir valida y buen historial de manejo.
  • Posibilidad de usar una sierra manual y una podadora manual
  • Capacidad para levantar y cargar hasta 50 libras, caminar durante largos periodos de tiempo, pararse, inclinarse y ponerse en cuclillas hasta 10 horas o mas por dia
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar horas extras y fines de semana, segun sea necesario.
