The ideal candidate has excellent time management skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring stock is appropriately replenished.
  • Organize and label stock in a warehouse or storage area to ensure easy retrieval.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders and track inventory usage.
  • Update inventory records and databases to reflect current stock levels.
  • Assist with preparing and processing purchase orders as needed.
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to resolve shipment discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the storage area.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic math and computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
