We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation.
- Assist in preparing and organizing paperwork, filing documents, and maintaining records accurately.
- Interact with clients in a professional manner, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support them in their tasks and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Contact customers via phone, email, or other communication channels to address their inquiries, provide policy information, and resolve any issues they may have.
- Assist customers with understanding their policies, making changes, and processing requests such as renewals, updates, and claims.
- Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform follow-up calls to ensure customer issues are resolved and to provide additional support as needed.
- Provide support to the Office Manager with additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a well-organized work environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in administrative tasks and data entry.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, share responsibilities, and contribute to positive team dynamic.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve issues effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
- A positive and empathetic approach to client interactions, with a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Currently obtain or ability to obtain an Insurance License.
