Customer Service / Inside Sales Professional

At Bug Zero, Pest Control has been our passion for over 33 years We love what we do, so we do it with care and a commitment to excellence It is all about serving our clients and protecting their homes and businesses from unwanted pests Our Customer Service professionals are excellent at building relationships and spend most of their day on the telephone interacting with clients. They also manage our pest control technicians routes, communicate and sell our service to prospective new clients, problem solve, assist with Accounts Receivable, and other administrative duties, as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience and a stable work history
  • Some college preferred
  • Helpful, cheerful personality and voice on the phone
  • Friendly, energetic, and positive attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Skilled at using MS Office, Internet/Email, and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
