Our brands are found online, through specialty boutiques, and in stores with our various retail partners such as Neiman Marcus, Saks 5th Avenue, Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s and Dillard’s. 

Position Summary: 

We are looking for a Brand Marketing Associate with strong strategic competencies, great copywriting skills, and a data-driven, analytical mindset. You will be responsible for developing seasonal marketing stories & strategies, implementing campaigns that drive revenue and customer engagement. You will work closely with other members of the marketing, design, and ecommerce teams to ensure that we’re hitting our monthly goals in terms of revenue, traffic, and conversions. This role is fast-paced and requires a person who can quickly learn new skills and adapt to shifting priorities.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Creation of seasonal and monthly brand campaign calendars, content planning, visual asset planning and collaboration with Ecommerce Brand Specialists on promotions and site content
  • Responsible for owning strategy and execution of all campaign and customer-retention email, SMS, and direct mail marketing.
  • Maintain knowledge, awareness of overall inventory, category selling, and product performance
  • Copywriting for marketing stories,  email & SMS campaigns, content creation for website homepage, landing pages, and collections
  • Project management and ticket creation, testing and QA
  • Maintaining brand standards, brand voice across all channels
  • Presenting brand plans and strategy to supervisors and key stakeholders
  • Management of PR requests, images, samples & content coordination

Experience and Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the fashion or beauty industry
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Must be flexible and able to work in a self-directed, rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, organization, and planning skills
  • Skilled in brand storytelling and translating cohesive messaging across various marketing channels
  • Capable and driven to quickly learn new technologies and continually upgrade current skill set
  • Experience with project management systems - Asana, Jira, Trello preferred
  • Experience with CRM and email marketing. 
  • Strong attention to detail
