Job Summary:

The Communications Representative will play a key role in developing and executing external and internal communication strategies to enhance the company's image, build brand awareness, and engage with stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, both written and verbal, with an ability to craft compelling messages for various audiences across different platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries, coordinating interviews, and managing press relations.
  • Support the implementation of public relations strategies, campaigns, and media outreach initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure cohesive messaging in all communications and marketing efforts.
  • Assist in crisis communication efforts, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided to relevant audiences.
  • Organize and participate in events such as press conferences, company announcements, and community outreach activities.
  • Assist in maintaining the company's communication calendar and scheduling media outreach campaigns.
  • Draft and proofread communications to ensure high standards of quality and consistency.
  • Monitor and maintain the company's social media platforms, responding to inquiries and fostering engagement.
Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with social media platforms and digital content creation.
