JOB SUMMARY:

The purpose of the Fire Sprinkler Service Manager position is to provide oversight of the overall management, operations, and performance of the assigned Sprinkler Service department. The Service Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Scheduling
  • Confirming with customers
  • Tech support for field
  • Ordering materials needed for work orders
  • Reviewing reports
  • Invoicing completed work


QUALIFICATIONS

The qualifications listed below are representative of the elements required to perform the job successfully, however in some cases, an equivalent combination of Education, Training, Certifications and Experience may meet the job qualifications.


Education, Training, Certifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business or equivalent, preferrred but not required.


Experience, Knowledge, Skill Requirements:

  • 3 years Fire Life Safety Industry experience specifically within Fire Suppression, required.
  • 3 years of professional computer skills, Excel preferred
  • 2 years Supervisory experience, preferred but not required

Communication Skills:

  • Must have the ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English with employees and customers.


Other Qualifications:

  • Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record required.
  • Must be able to comply with Drug and Alcohol policy and Background screening requirements
  • Must be able to travel 90% of the time.
