**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our team and support the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing the cleanliness and overall maintenance of our facilities. The Assistant Housekeeping Manager will play a key role in ensuring that housekeeping operations run smoothly and efficiently.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist the Housekeeping Manager in planning, organizing, and directing team members to ensure the proper cleaning and maintenance of all areas
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff, ensuring they adhere to quality and safety standards
- Perform regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and compliance with regulations
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders when necessary
- Handle customer complaints and special requests in a professional and timely manner

**Additional Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in housekeeping or a related field is a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
