  • Oversee the cleanliness of public areas through regular inspections.
  • Implement a deep cleaning schedule, maintaining a monthly planner for tasks.
  • Conduct monthly linen inventory and weekly supply assessments, ordering as necessary.
  • Perform daily inspections of guest rooms, particularly for priority club arrivals.
  • Assign training responsibilities to new hires.
  • Participate in the recruitment process for prospective employees.
  • Maintain daily attendance records and assist in staffing assignments.
  • Prepare shift schedules based on hotel occupancy and special events.
